According to Hootsuite, the total annual spend on online consumer goods alone in 2021 was at USD 8.17 billion, an equivalent increase of 40.4% compared to previous year. There are a total of 14.43 million consumers purchasing goods over the internet and this is driven by e-Commerce initiatives such as free delivery, discounted coupons, positive consumer reviews, loyalty points, gift with purchase and many more.
